It might be true in the case of lack of moisture. But a little addition of contact lens solution hydrates it and gets it moving again. There is nothing to worry about. It is totally natural and avoidable.

Myth 4 Lenses are too much work to take care.

The amount of options available in the market will leave you spell bound. You can clean your contact lenses with the saline solution. Or opt for daily lenses, which are disposable after one use. 

Myth 5 Lenses are expensive.
